Returns Policy

All items sold in Chaloka are not eligible for return. We allow exchanges for merchandise or store credit received at Chaloka within 15 days of order delivery date. Chaloka does not cover returns or exchanges for any order. Clients must return and ship at their own expense.

 

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, your merchandise must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it
    • Not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

 

Chaloka monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior. All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange for merchandise, please follow below steps:

  • Send us an email to returns@chaloka.com
  • In the subject write EXCHANGE and order number
    • For example: EXCHANGE- ORDER #12345
  • Indicate the model or size you want. We also recommend that you book the product you need by contacting customer service, so it does not run out while your return is in process. Send us an email with your order number and the item or size you wish to reserve.
  • All returned merchandise should be sent to us along with invoice/order receipt:

Once we receive your package, please allow 2-5 business days to process. You will receive an email notification once your package is processed and new order is ready to ship.

 

STORE CREDIT

 

Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts. Store credit is valid for six (6) months. Any balance that remains after 6 months will not be available for use. Store credit does not accrue interest nor can it be redeemed or refunded for cash. If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, credit will no longer be available to use in future orders.

To request store credit, please follow below steps:

  • Send us an email to returns@chaloka.com
  • In the subject write RETURN and order number
    • For example: RETURN- ORDER #12345
  • All returned merchandise should be sent to us along with invoice/order receipt:

Once we receive your package, please allow 2-5 business days to process. You will receive an email notification once your package is processed and your store credit is available for use in your Chaloka account.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to request an exchange or store credit.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
