Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chaloka. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



At Chaloka we aim to get items out as quickly as possible. Upon ordering from us you can expect your order to have a 1-2 day processing time.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Orders within the United States are shipped via DHL Express. This shipping service usually takes 1-2 days to reach its destination. However, this time frame is an estimate and unexpected delays may occur.


For international orders, we use DHL Express. International order arrival times vary due to their destination, but it usually takes 2-4 days to reach its destination. Sometimes, unexpected customs delays have been known to occur. When placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to cover taxes, import duties, VAT, and any additional customs-associated fees with their shipment.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.



Chaloka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order or before your order can be delivered. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause.



Pre-orders are items that are not in stock currently but are being made to order and will ship at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and you will be charged for the item/s and shipping when placing your order and your order will be mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.

For orders that contain a combination of in stock item/s and pre-order item/s, these will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. Pre-order item/s will be shipped on the date advertised on description.



We offer free DHL Express shipping to all US and EUR orders. If you’re from another country or region shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimate 2-4 business days. Delays can occasionally occur.



You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Chaloka account, under Order History.



Chaloka is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pricing and currency are displayed according to the IP address of your device.



You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before your checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Chaloka account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. Shopping at is safe. Personal information provided on is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. While we make every endeavour to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder’s authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.



We currently accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you have a payment question, our customer service team would be happy to help you. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
